OutMore (“we”, “us”) is a hyperlocal experience discovery app. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The final legal text will replace this placeholder before public launch.

Data we process
- Account data — email, display name, optional profile photo and Instagram handle
- Content you add — experiences, collections, saves, and private notes on your saves
- Consent records — acceptance of Terms and Privacy (retained as required by law)
- Technical data needed to run the service — session tokens, approximate diagnostics
What we do not store
- We do not store your live GPS location. Venue coordinates on experiences are public place data, not your personal location history.
Why we process data
- To create and secure your account
- To show nearby experiences and your collections
- To publish experiences you choose to share with the community
- To meet legal obligations (including consent records)
Sharing
We use processors such as Supabase (hosting and auth in the EU Frankfurt region) to operate the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
- Edit profile details in the app
- Request a copy of your data (Download my data)
- Delete your account (we anonymise personal fields; consent records are retained where required)
Children
OutMore is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date on this page.
